Surf, Sandpipers & Sunsets - Capistrano Beach

Christopher was super responsive and a great host. The location is absolutely beautiful with it being right on the water. We loved walking the beach in the am and sleeping to the sound of crashing waves at night.

The house and the beach were great. There was plenty to do great restaurants within walking distance.

This bungalow is amazing. The location is everything I was hoping for.. the Wi-Fi worked and I was able to connect and work at writing a book. It was a peaceful solo get away. I felt safe and it was a perfect place for a writer’s retreat. I also appreciated reading the history of the mile Long Beach Road community. It’s wonderful that these places are still family owned. It’s truly a piece of paradise.

This beachfront home on Capistrano Beach delivers an exceptional stay from the moment you arrive. Located in a secure gated community, the property sits directly on the sand (no streets to cross, just a few steps to the ocean). The interior is beautifully appointed, blending coastal luxury with comfort. Every detail is well thought out, from the fully equipped kitchen to the charming bedrooms. A pull out sofa bed if needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, offering restful sleep with the sound of waves as your backdrop. Large windows and a spacious covered porch maximize ocean views and breezes. After days in the sun/sand, the outdoor shower was perfect to not track sand everywhere. Our host, Chris, was phenomenal! Chris was kind, communicative, and attentive, with personalized notes that made us feel truly welcome. We canceled our other plans just to enjoy the property longer. For anyone seeking a safe, serene, and true beachfront experience, this home exceeds expectations.

We enjoyed our time here, the view was spectacular, enjoyed watching some people surfing and fishing in the mornings with our coffee, there was real good food options not far from the house although we didn’t really leave since we were able to cook all our food . Thank you Chris for your hospitality definitely booking here again !

Christopher was a wonderful host. Called about additional propane for grill and it showed up the next day. Called mid stay to check on us and house supplies. Location and deck are 5+. House was a little small and furniture a bit dated, but that was disclosed in description and the furniture was as pictured. We felt extremely safe at the home and appreciated the guarded gate. One side of home has no neighbor and is adjacent to the beach, which provided hours of entertainment watching the surfers. We felt it was a great house for one couple and maybe a couple of kids.

We really enjoyed the view. You can’t beat it. Only issue was high surf during our stay so no direct access to beach but thats a moon thing. We did enjoy getting splashed on the patio by the high surf. Bike to Doheny state beach 10 mins along the water. Access to beach a few house down. Very private and quiet. Great for strolling along the beach by yourself.

Couldn’t possibly get closer to the beach. Loved hearing the waves at night when going to bed and spent hours on the balcony playing board games and enjoying the view.

What a view!!!! Loved doing yoga on the balcony and seeing a seal swim by! Great place!
