Place is excellent! Loved the view!

Amazing view of the river, great riverfront dock. Launching at the marina was easy, just a couple of minute boat ride to house. Check in was easy and convenient.

Loved staying here!! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful location! Only 3-4 minutes to the launch ramp, parked the boat at the dock located at the home for the weekend! Very peaceful location, kid friendly. Can’t wait to go back again.

Great clean house, nice view

What a view! Having the dock and river access right outside the door is amazing. Christopher was so flexible with check-in, really appreciated the ability to check-in early. Make sure you have lots of data on your phone, internet didn’t work at all. Rooms and bathrooms are small, but living space was nice and open.

Best location on the River. Gated community, the property is a HUGE COMPOUND - we had 3 Families stay between the 2 house. It very easily accommodated 6 adults and a bunch of teenagers and youths. No better way to enjoy the beautiful Colorado river. The accommodations were fantastic. Clean, every amenity is there. Just bring a Bathing Suit, Ice, Beer and Food…you’re set for days without having to leave. Don’t forget your boat! There is a Brand new dock located just down river from the Needles Bridge and across from the Needles Marina. Also, there is a big grass lawn to play games or just relax. A large wrap around deck with draped lighting offers an escape to hang out and enjoy an early morning coffee or a relaxing sunset cocktail. We had a couple quick questions about the laundry room and within 2 min, we were responded to by the care taker. “Johnny on the spot!” All The girls loved the nice touch of the high end shampoo and conditioners in all bathrooms. Usually places like this have $.99c shampoos, just another thoughtful feature that differentiates you from the rest. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for helping us have such a memorable week. Definitely worth the value!

Great location and such a nice set up. The house came with everything we needed and we loved sitting on the porch in the morning and the evening time! Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely book here again .

Awesome place!

It was an extremely hot weekend and the ac in one of the homes was not working when we arrived. The host was very responsive and did manage to get someone to get it fixed. He was apologetic and did offer a partial refund on our stay.

We loved this riverfront Airbnb and would definitely stay again. The location is great - we were able to dock our boat overnight at the back of the house and easily get going in the mornings to spend our days on the river. The front house was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for meal prep etc. The lawn, hammock and outdoor seating invited to relaxing outside at night. We didn’t try the fire pit but that’s a nice amenity. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 and we could even have brought a few more people. The back house is more rustic. The couple who stayed in the back house ended up showering in the front house because of the strong sulphur smell from the back house shower, which is normal with well water, but they preferred using the front house bathroom. The host, Chris, is very responsive and accommodating. We left some items behind and appreciated very much that Chris allowed a friend of ours to go retrieve the items the next day.

The place was perfect. Very well stocked. Loved the kitchen and porch. Really loved that we could pull our boat in the gated yard and had room to do a u-turn to pull out! Great ski trip

Our excellent experience started with great communication and responsiveness from the owner before and during our trip. On arrival we lucked out and found the property to have great parking (room for our boat trailers and room to turn around in the driveway, down a private gated street). We enjoyed the really nice grassy yard adjacent to the river, nice place to relax and to let the kids get out some energy. The rooms were as described and the house, sheets and towels were crisp and clean. No complaints or concerns, perfect stay. Thank you!

Awesome location on the river. Great views in every direction. We didn’t have our boat but will bring it next time as the dock is perfect. Plenty of space and the front lawn provides a jimmy buffet like atmosphere that can’t be beat.

Overall a great stay. Unfortunately the AC was out in the back house for the entirety of our stay in 120 degree July heat. Christopher was open and upfront when it went out a couple days before our stay and offered a full refund but unfortunately our travel dates were not flexible. We had hoped the repairs would be made during the week of our stay but the heat wave had impacted the whole area. It was tight with 7 people in the main house but we brought an air mattress and made it work. The issues are not a reflection of the host who did everything he could to communicate and make the situation work as best as possible. Otherwise, the place was great and as advertised. Right on the river with a safe place to leave a boat throughout the week. It is exactly what we were looking for had the AC been up and running.

We are family who loves the lake and decided to give the river a try. We really loved that this place had its own dock. It was only 4 of us, but you could definitely fit more in the home. We used the main house and our favorite was the hammock and porch. After long days on the river we enjoyed watching the kids play and reading books. AC worked really well! Chris was super helpful for tips on where to launch the boat and the home had extra buoys to use on the dock. Great location near launch ramp. We launched and only pulled out our boat when we left, used the dock the entire trip. We do have a large inflatable bumper we also attached to the dock that helped when it was busy on the river to avoid any potential bumps. We would definitely come back! Can’t beat the location and capacity of the two homes.

Christopher was very quick to respond, very good directions, the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a short 1 night stay but we had a great time. Very comfortable house and it’s set up for maximum fun and entertaining.

Chris was responsive and flexible. Both houses were clean and stocked. We would definitely rent again.

This is my favorite location at the water. House is great but location is far the best. we were able to go everywhere yet house is where water is calm enough for my kids to paddleboard and have a lot of river fun. I am looking forward for my next stay! Home will not disappoint!
